All individuals who participate in our events inherently grant permission for the use of any images or video taken at the event for use in marketing or documenting the event. Those participating in our events inherently grant permission to be added to the event mailing list and no other list. Individuals can opt out at any time.
Privacy
When it comes to your personal information we treat it and protect it like it is sacred. We do not and will not sell your personal information to anyone. It’s not how we do things. We will never ask for your personal information unless we need it to provide or improve the Services for you. We do not and will not share your personal information unless you’ve specifically allowed it for a specific purpose or purposes. We believe your trust is an honor and hold it in the highest regard. We hold ourselves accountable for that trust.
Security
When you provide payment information it will be done through a secure connection and a trusted resource like Stripe or PayPal. These companies store your payment information, we do not. We are required by various regulations to keep a record of things like your zip code and country in order to remain in compliance.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds will be on a case by case basis. If no money has exchanged hands, in most cases you can expect no charge for cancelling a service. If you have paid for an event, like participation at a wrestling tournament, you should not expect a refund. However each case will be examined individually.
